Sailing day at Langford House, Walcha

Post by RussF172 »

Hi Everyone, we have been asked to sail at the Walcha Mountain Festival on Sunday the 16th of October. I have sailed for the last two years at the beautiful lake at Langford House which is about 1km south of Walcha town centre (on the Thunderbolts Way towards Gloucester). This is about 2.5 hours drive from Newcastle. Last year I was joined by several members from Fleet Base Hunter Central for the sail. The water this year is way up and the weed that troubled us a little at times last year seems to have cleared away. If anyone would like to join me for the day, can they please let me know. It is a fun day with lots of people as well as all sorts of vendors with great food, wines, boutique beers etc.

Please give me a yell is you would like to come along for a sail. Cheers, Russ, FBHC.
