Re: Drawings
Tricky, not a common class, I'll see what I can shake loose.

Re: Drawings
Ok, the shipyard is now owned by Damen, who were blunt, if its not on our website, we don't do it.
The Royal Netherlands Navy hasn't got back to me, after them it will be the Portuguese and Chilean Navy's, who operate the class. If that doesn't work, your only hope might be the respective national maritime museums.
I know there are some plans out there, as I've seen images of a RC model online years ago.

Re: Drawings
Hi Mike.
As nice as it looks, the model in the pictures you've put up represents one of the old Dutch Kortenaer ASW Frigates. Not the 'M' Class Stevie wants plans for.
However, you are correct in saying that out of the eight built, two each are operated by the Belgian and Portuguese Navies, but Chile also has two. The Dutch currently retain two, Van Amstel in service and Van Speijk (laid-up) shown below.

Re: Drawings
The Dutch Navy said no, they do not provide plans of ships.
The Portuguese, Belgium and Chilean Navy's have not yet replied. If the answer is no, then I guess you are reduced to contacting maritime museums in the various countries.
I was aware they were images of a Kortenaer, not an M Class, but I used them to illustrate that someone was providing plans of Dutch ships at one stage. Probably Royal Schelde Dockyard, but as they are now owned by Damen, that avenue is closed off.

Re: Drawings
Yeah, OK Mike.
Regarding the Kortenaer though, Sirmar used to do a hull in 1/96th many years ago. I know that one of the sources of plans for some of their kits were drawn by a supplier called TC Designs......long gone I believe.

Re: Drawings
Basic drawing in moderately large size, no hull lines.
Open the drawing in a new tab to get full size.
