Cutler Run, Manly Dam, 2005 Photo Gallery

A slightly soggy morning greeted us when we arrived bright and early for the Cutler Run.  We quickly set up a marquee to stand under until the rain cleared.  It didn't hang around for too long and soon models started to hit the water.   The runners braved the rain (unlike us) and then enjoyed a hearty breakfast and some entertainment (including us).   The weather soon cleared to a bright and sunny day and the dam soon flattened out to become a mill pond for some very enjoyable sailing.

Once again thanks to the organisers of the Cutler Run who always look after us so well and thanks to the guys for coming out and having a sail.

Russ French's USS WINSTON S CHURCHILL cuts through the chop.

Geoff Eastwood's fine new command.  The Indian Frigate INS GODAVARI.

Another shot of "Winnie" on patrol.

With the dropping winds and rain gone, Manly dam became a mill pond.  A fine sailing day.

GODAVARI cuts a fine wake.

When there is eating to do, the only thing to do is turn off the radio gear and come in to the buoy.   GODAVARI moors up while the CO has some well deserved lunch.

Michael Brown's fine looking HMS TARTAR also takes a rest during lunch.

A shot of one of the Sydney Harbour Ferrys cuts it's way through the Fleet at anchor.

Taking the tourists for a trip through the anchorage during the lunch break.
