Fleet Base Wagga Wagga

Task Force 72 - Fleet Base Wagga Wagga consists of a small group of members who enjoy building and sailing their 1:72nd scale model ships. Most members live in Wagga Wagga area although a couple come from out of town and visit regularly. The majority of the models from Fleet Base Wagga Wagga are completely scratch built and represent ships from several countries around the world. The models range in size from some of the smallest to some of the largest within TF72.

Several TF 72 events are conducted each year in Wagga Wagga, from the annual Carrier and Escorts weekend to static displays held in support of other modelling clubs in the area. Throughout the year members of Fleet Base Wagga Wagga often travel to participate in other scheduled TF72 events across the eastern states of Australia.

The photos below display the current Wagga Wagga fleet.
