ACT Model Boat Club Annual Regatta 2006 Photo Gallery

We weren't quite sure how the weather was going to go, but it ended up a fine and sunny day.  The ACT Model Boat Club has recently moved to a new location due to the drought, their original location near Woden in Canberra has had to be abandoned.   They have found another great location at Lake Ginninderra near Belconnen on the outskirts of Canberra.   This is the second year they have held their annual regatta here and it is a wonderful location with great water and plenty of shade on those hot sunny days.   Several of the ACT Model Club members are also member of TF72, however many more TF72 members turned out to lend support for this small club.  Fleet Base Wagga Wagga personnel came out in force along with several other TF72 members from around the traps.   A great day was had by all and well done to the ACT Model Boat Club on another great regatta.
